Transport Planning and Engineering (TP&E) is one of Scotland’s leading sustainable transportation consultancies.  The TP&E team combine civil engineering and transport planning expertise to provide a range of high quality, customer focussed services, from strategic development and planning to practical design and construction management.

There has been a fundamental shift in the tone of transportation policy in Scotland over the past 15 years, emphasising the need for the re-emergence of sustainable travel modes.  TP&E aims to fill the gap in project delivery that actively contributes to a sustainable future.
